"From the moment we met these ladies at a wedding fair, there was such a warmth about them that immediately stood out to us. Looking back now, I am so incredibly glad we chose them and I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without their support. They provided so much for our day, including the arch, lanterns, table runners, chair sashes, and even added flower petals as a lovely finishing touch. But beyond what we had booked with them, they went above and beyond to help with everything in between. For example, I had forgotten a pen pot, and they brought me one free of charge without a second thought. They were always ready to help, calmly organising things, managing the venue staff, and making sure everything ran smoothly. As it was my first time getting married, I asked lots of what probably felt like silly questions, but they were always patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind. Friends and family who helped us with the setup the day before and on the day itself commented on how great they were, which really says it all. They were also incredibly flexible and always so prompt and helpful when replying to emails in the lead-up, which made the whole process far less stressful. These ladies truly are angels. They took my worries away at a time when I was feeling overwhelmed, and when I look back now, I feel emotional thinking about how much they supported me. I look back on their help with such fondness and gratitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event, and I would absolutely use them again for any future celebrations we have. Thank you so much for everything you did for us.
